16th century coach house, interesting artefacts, original bar structure
Arriving to a lack of hospitality can be frustrating!!! A clear pathway to the rooms would have saved us time, as we wasted ten minutes searching for the entry. Room instructions need to be clearer!!!

Charming, Charming, Charming
I felt right at home the moment I arrived, with a warm welcome that set the tone for my stay. My room was cozy and impeccably clean, equipped with a powerful shower that was a dream after a long journey. The highlight was definitely the dinner by the open log fire, where I devoured a delicious meal that seemed to melt my cares away!

the location is super lovely, and the breakfast was really good, fresh cooked and tasty. the people working there were very friendly, made us feel right at home. also, the room was clean and comfy. had everything we needed for our short stay. all in all nice experience!
only issues were some flies around a light and the bathroom had a bit of mould in the corner. food was okay but could be better.

mixed stay experience
The atmosphere in the pub carries a charm from its history, especially with the warm fire and old-world décor. I appreciated the spacious and quiet room, which allowed me to rest without distractions from the pub.
The location of the rooms felt somewhat disconnected from the main dining area.

Cozy country vibe!
I stayed for 2 nights and really liked the atmosphere! The staff were super chill and attentive. The food in the pub was tasty, especially the English breakfast. the room was kinda outdated, and the bed was not comfy at all. Plus, the tiny TV was a real bummer. Still, the location was spot on for exploring Salisbury!

Charming Stay with Potential for Improvement
Our group enjoyed the lovely atmosphere, but the dining experience fell short. Although service was friendly, the food quality needs enhancement—particularly during our meal. I’d recommend trying the local eateries nearby for a better culinary experience. Don’t forget to ask about the fresh specials, they might surprise you!

A lovely stay in a character-filled environment, complemented by warm and cheerful service. The evening meal, featuring highly recommended fish and chips, was excellent, while the breakfast included a good selection. the vegetarian options were limited and the evening menu felt overly extensive, making it tough to decide. Despite that, the room was immaculate and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable night.

Hats off to the Barford Inn! The cozy bar with an open log fire served up a scrumptious evening meal that was top-notch and well-priced. Not to mention, the Full English breakfast was a proper treat, keeping me fueled for the day ahead.
The dimly lit accommodation block had me fumbling for the light switch like a clutz! A little suggestion, automatic lighting could really save the day for midnight excursions.
